Yesterday you said you would start reading more. Yesterday you said that you would go to bed earlier. Yesterday you said you would start working out again. Yesterday.
Yesterday you said you would do all of these things tomorrow.
You know what? I did, too.
So what is holding us back? Absolutely nothing. It takes 10-15 minutes to figure out what you what to do and how you are going to go about accomplishing it. Look at your day and see how you can structure time in to work on your goals. I recommend that you start a daily ritual. Here is mine:
4:30 a.m. Wake Up
15 minutes to look over my tasks for the day and meditation
5 a.m.- 6 a.m. Gym workout
6:30 a.m. -6 p.m.
My day job as a Professional Soldier.
6 p.m. – 8 p.m. Family time
8 p.m. – 9:15 p.m.
Research blog posts, work on business ideas or some TV
9:15 p.m.- 9:30 p.m.
Prepare for the next day & plan the upcoming tasks.:
9:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Some light reading and go to bed
So there it is. I plan to try this for 30 days. From September 15th to October 16th. Do you have a daily routine? How do you stay productive throughout the day?
So good to have a written out schedule like this…it has definitely helped me.
