It’s the start of a new week and we are ready for it. You had a great weekend so why not carry it over for a couple more days.
So why not make yourself proud? Find one thing that you want to accomplish this week and go after it.
You want to eat better? Try to eat one or two clean meals and eat less junk food. Want to drop some weight? Start out with 15 to 20 minutes and go for a walk.
Frightened to talk in front of others? Look up a local Toastmasters group and join. Want that promotion? Find the details and work each day towards perfecting those skills.
It doesn’t take a lot of great skill to make yourself better. Just consistency and grit. Day in and day out.
So pick one thing and work at it. Come Friday you will feel different and accomplished. Make yourself proud.
